Hi, I’m Shayna. I’m a certified health coach, yoga instructor, tao tantric arts guide for women, and business coach for wellness professionals. Oh yeah, and part Unicorn. It sounds like a lot of things, I know. But it’s really all just one thing.

After years of struggling my way through trying to make ends meet as a yoga teacher and health coach, things finally clicked and I discovered a far more sustainable approach to flourishing in this ever-growing field.

As a result, for the past decade, I've been dedicated to guiding yoga teachers in aligning with their true purpose and living the lifestyle they desire. In addition to envisioning the ideal circumstances, various mindset shift strategies are implemented to help teachers like you free themselves from self-limiting beliefs, self-sabotage behavior, comparison, impostor syndrome and open up to own their worth, embrace their value and receive in a way they may have never imagined were possible.

All I know is: You don’t know what you don’t know… until you know!

It is my pleasure and purpose to bring more yoga into our world. Beyond just the postures. More aligned living. More joy. More peace. More empowered, inspired humans. More love. Like, a lot more. I realize that I cannot do this alone. My passion for sharing the teachings of yoga and wellness has gracefully evolved into a deep dedication to you, my fellow lightworker, in finding your unique voice and making it heard. In trusting your power which usually expresses itself as that small voice inside.

Though it takes dedication, discipline and self-reflection to step into our full potential and transform our lives, I teach you how to do this with ease. It doesn’t have to be a struggle.
